2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

The Operator periodically changes administrative passwords.

An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator for processing personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the hosting provider: OVH.

The hosting company keeps server-level logs to ensure technical reliability. The logs may include:

  • resources identified by URL (addresses of requested pages and files),

  • time of request arrival,

  • time of response sending,

  • name of the client station (identified via HTTP protocol),

  • information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,

  • the URL of the previously visited page (referrer link) if the user accessed the Website via a link,

  • information about the user’s browser,

  • information about the IP address,

  • diagnostic information related to the process of ordering services through the website,

  • information related to handling emails sent to the Operator and emails sent by the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Usage

In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Administrator.

This applies to the following groups of recipients:

  • hosting company (based on entrustment),

  • banks,

  • public authorities,

  • authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to achieve the website’s objectives.

Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be stored longer than necessary to perform activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations).
In the case of marketing data, the data will not be processed longer than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Administrator:

  • correction of your data,

  • deletion of your data,

  • restriction of processing,

  • data portability.

You also have the right to object to the processing referred to in section 3.2 concerning the processing of personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. However, the right to object may not be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, particularly for establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims.

You have the right to file a complaint against the Administrator to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office,

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Website.

Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be applied to you in order to provide services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.

Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we transfer them outside the territory of the European Union.

The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if provided.

The Website may record connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).

In some cases, the Website may store information facilitating linking the data in the form with the email address of the user filling in the form. In such cases, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.

Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the specific form function, e.g. to process a service request, commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.
